QA engineer (Middle+)

The Single Window Center is looking for a Middle+ level QA engineer to join the development team. We develop systems for government organizations. We are looking for a specialist who knows how to work independently, is deeply immersed in the product and cares about quality at all stages of development. 88,000 salary in hand

What you will do:

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications;
• Develop and maintain test documentation: test plans, test cases, checklists;
• Test front-end and back-end;
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke and sanity testing and other types of testing;
• Search, localize and register defects, write clear and reproducible bug reports;
• Participate in task assessment and sprint planning;
• Interact with developers, analysts, managers and other participants teams;
• Participate in working meetings and meetups;
• Assist Junior specialists if necessary.

Requirements:

• Citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Higher or secondary vocational education in the field of information technology or a related field;
• Age of 25 years;
• Analytical warehouse intelligence;
• Competent oral and written communication;
• 2 years of experience as a QA engineer;
• Certificate of completion of a course in software testing or SDET;
• Confident understanding of SDLC and STLC processes;
• Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban);
• Practical application of techniques test design;
• Confident front-end and back-end testing skills using appropriate tools;
• Experience in REST API testing (Postman, Swagger);
• Understanding of the HTTP protocol: methods, response codes, headers;
• Confident knowledge of SQL;
• Excellent skills in working with DevTools;
• Ability to analyze logs;
• Good understanding client-server architecture and OOP fundamentals;
• Understanding of the principles of integration testing and interaction between services;
• Experience in working with Jira or analogues;
• Experience in writing autotests using OOP principles;
• Basic skills in working with Git, understanding of CI/CD processes;
• English at the level of reading technical documentation;
• Ability to independently plan testing, estimate labor costs and prioritize checks;
• Ability to work with the development team, DevOps, analysts, department managers and other team members.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in test automation (Python/Java/JavaScript, Selenium, Playwright);
• Experience in testing high-load systems, web applications and mobile applications, admin;
• Experience in load testing (JMeter);
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
• Experience with Docker.
