The website does not set cookies, so no consent banner is needed. There are no third-party counters or analytics services on the site.
To understand which sections and services are used, the site collects anonymous statistics and sends them to the Single Window Centre's own analytics. It records actions: page views, clicks to systems and site links, document check and search submissions, opening of news, files and questions, taps on phone numbers, email and social networks, map views and route requests, language choice. Each action is accompanied by the time, page address, language, time zone, window size, where the visitor came from (referrer address and utm tags), device type, browser and operating system, without exact versions.
Not sent: the text of a search query, a document number or VIN, names, the visitor's phone number or email, IP address, precise location.
To tie together the actions of one visit, random identifiers are kept in the visitor's browser: the session and the source of the visit in sessionStorage until the tab is closed, and the browser in localStorage (tradekg.analytics.*). They are not linked to a person and are not sent anywhere except the Centre's analytics.
