Test report: application for testing and obtaining the report
Testing applications are accepted and reports are prepared by a testing laboratory in the “Protocols” system of the single account. The finished report appears in the “Documents” section and serves as the basis in other systems. As a customer, check how to contact a laboratory with the call centre on 1240.
This page is still being reviewed by SE “SWC”, so it is hidden from search engines. Agencies’ deadlines, fees and document lists are not given here: please check with the call centre on 1240 (calls are charged).
How a report is prepared in the “Protocols” system
- The laboratory signs in to the account and opens “Protocols”
- It selects an application in the registry or creates a new one
- It fills in the test objects and results by indicator
- It prepares the report and signs it
- The finished report goes to the “Documents” section: it is selected as the basis in CertTrade or SWIS 2
Laboratory templates and reference lists
Report templates are used for repeated tests. Laboratory reference lists are maintained in the “My organisation” section.
What this page does not cover
How a customer submits a testing request to a specific laboratory, and which indicators and deadlines apply, is not described on the website: please check with the call centre on 1240 (calls are charged).
